My husband and I got a great deal on a direct flight overseas to Rome, Italy on Al'Italia airlines. Needless to say, we paid dearly for the added savings. The airplane we were on was so old and unkempt- our seats did not work, and would not lean back. The ancient TV viewers were covered in duct tape and did not function. The headphones we were given were broken. The stewards and stewardesses were pretty rude. Then came the worst part: there were bugs all over us and our seating area! BUGS. It was the dirtiest most disgusting flight, and almost 10 hours of that is unbearable. Definitely not worth the savings of a couple hundred dollars.
