Teleflora - Teleflora Doesn't Deliver Correct Order and Doesn't Follow Up

I ordered a plant, a box of chocolates and a mylar balloon to be delivered on September 16, 2011 for my parent's 61st anniversary. The florist showed up at 8:30pm at night (not a good time for elderly folks to be answering the door to strangers). The florist delivered an embassassing, scraggly plant, and NO chocolates or balloon. When I found out, I contacted Teleflora several times. I was told that they would look into refunding me, then I was told that they would send the chocolates and the mylar ballon on Tuesday, September 20, as well as refund me for the items in question. It is now Wednesday, and they did not follow through on delivering the missing items as promised. I don't know if they refunded me or not, and that isn't even the point. The point is that I wanted something special for my parent's anniversary, and they messed it up not once, but two times.
