We are sad to see the continued attempt by Wells Fargo in destroying our and millions of Americans Credit rating by your unscrupulous, unprofessional and ill minded banking and credit Officers. We were allowed credit at Mattress Giant because it was a zero interest and that it was across the street and we could quickly make payments, payoff account and even we talked about opening a checking account - there is no hope in that EVER! We are being billed for interest, tried to get help from the Customer Service Rep at the 1-800 to have our account placed online to which she refused and denied any assistance making my husband bad when not allowing him to talk. Additionally, when appearing at the Wells Fargo Bank on Miramar Pkwy, we then told this is an account that can only be serviced by mail so they refused to accept our payment. So we sent in our check by mail explaining the late mail-in with a letter. We got Wells Fargos answer with the new Statement, a $25 late, and rash of increased interest payments. Wells Fargo proceeded to ruin our credit anyway. We are paying off this account and placing Wells Fargo on a 10million-a-day Consumer Fraud list, seeking revision by the FTC and notifying the BBB Online of our experience. Its not that Wells Fargo is doing whats right - it is because Wells Fargo is doing what is wrong to American consumers. Everywhere we turn there is a complaint about Wells Fargos activity : lost account, account mess-up, recently mis-mailing and now our experience. As a wealthy Fortune 500 Corporation you are what they call a hard hat company, the same happened to American Home Products, Texaco, Payless Cashways, etc. and now Wells Fargo, these companies were fined, publicly humbled and forced to closed.

We will seek social media intervention, we will protest in every attempt we get, until these practices cease. We did not ask for this, we have a 700 credit score rating for a reason! You can continue your anti-American ways somewhere else but, without us but we will not help you continue to gouge, misrepresent and destroy Americans lives.
