Computer was defective. I followed instructions to return it for repair. They said it would take 5-7 business days. It has now been over 40 days, and they have made no progress repairing, replacing, or refunding my purchase. Customer service has repeatedly lied to me and forgotten my case. They have my money and my computer and they will not answer the phone or return my calls.
