The purpose of my visit was strictly for diagnostic on a particular problem I was experiencing, the service consultant mentioned it should not take more the "two hours". I requested to be contacted prior to any service being done after the diagnostic; however, I was contacted later advising me I had to pay for four hours of service ($534.00) and 'service A' ($350 reduced to $139) which I did not request. The assistant manager did not care about my complaint as his allegation was that I signed for the agreement.

I was cheated in signing the service to be performed on my vehicle without thoroughly explaining what I am signing for. Addressed the concern to the assitant manager, who did not make me feel like a valued customer; and as the result left the dealership feeling hurt, cheated, and frustrated.
