I signed up with Frontier broadband several months ago. I was/am using my own modem. I was billed for a Frontier modem for several months - calling their customer service, email,chat and USPS mail every month. No one could or would fix the problem taking that modem charge off my monthly billing. This went on for several months. Yesterday I talked to someone who did a thorough research znd maybe will solve the problem. We will check the billing next month.
