MDG - MDG Defective Products

I purchased two products from MDG in May of 2011, and both of them have several issues each. I have contacted MDG about these issues, and they are basically saying too bad, I signed the contract. They are telling me to send the product to the manufacturer, at my own cost, to be fixed, and in the meantime, I have nothing to use, while still paying for the two defective products. I feel that MDG knowingly sells defective products to customers, and when something goes wrong, uses the contract to hide behind.
