I bought a Sansui Televission which already has a problem of starting within its warrenty period. I loged a complain on 12/10/2011, but no action has been taken yet which is very unfortunate to us. I want technical support of your technical team as early as possible.

i run a repair shop - i tell the custermors-- dont buy sansui- no back up !
