I booked a birthday gift to deliver at Guwahati today thro' Guwahatiflowershop home delivery service.But after placement of order & payment thro' Avenues India Pvt Ltd, the service provider raised another bill of Rs.240/ as extra charge for delivery at far distance, though as per their website declaration delivery within city limit is free & the location (Zoo Narengi Road,Guwahati)is invariably within Guwahati city. Ultimately my order no GHFS-0405201123 has to be cancelled at the end of the delivery day after lot of correspondence via mail, depriving me of sending the gift for the occasion. Plz ensure that this type of service provider can not cheat the honest customers any more...thanks and expecting proper action to aware the consumers against this type of highhandedness of the service provider ..with a feedback to me...
