I visited the Nurse dealership in hopes of purchasing a vehicle. During my visit, I received horrible customer service from 2 of their sales associates. I had to fight with them to even purchase the car! The next day I wrote a complaint letter to the General Manager in regards to my experience. This was met with a decline in my business at all and a refund of my deposit. I called a formal complaint into GM Canada but was told their hands are tied. Where has the customer service gone? My father has been working for GM for 23 years and we have always been loyal customers but never again will I purchase a GM vehicle.
