I have been trying for over 6 weeks to re activate a tracfone. I had to purchase more minutes when there was already over 1146 min. on the phone. I can't make or receive calls and after trying for weeks and over an hour on the phone it still doesn't work.&#160 Plus they STOLE my 1146 minutes.&#160I requested a refund for the 60 min. that was just purchased and they won't give it to me. The last time I added minutes they told me I needed a new phone which turned out I didn't need.

If a person pays for a service and doesn't receive it in a reasonable length of time, shouldn't they be given a refund? It seems like people are paying for minutes , aren't able to use them and arent' given a refund by tracfone. In my mind that's stealing or maybe even criminal.
