UPS - UPS horrible service

I ordered and item recently and was dismayed to find out it was shipping via UPS. I knew that I would have to argue with UPS for days before my package would arrive. The package is sitting 15 minutes from my home where it has been since 5 AM today. It was not put on a truck and was not delivered today. When I called to find out why, I was given three different stories. This happens every time a package is routed through the New Stanton, PA hub. It has happened to me far too many times. When you call customer service, you get the run around until 5 PM when the hub closes. Then, of course, there's nothing they can do.

I called the corporate office to complain and request that the hub in New Stanton be investigated. The corporate office doesn't care either. At this point, I am now choosing to not do business with any vendor who ships via UPS. I am tired of getting my packages late after arguing with them for days.
