I purchased a new Tracfone "smart" phone thinking this would be great. Well, the "smart" phone was really DUM! Here's the summary:

1. Defective SIM, wait three days.

2. Got SIM, still not working.

3. Told by Customer Service to wait an hour, still not working.

4. Customer Service finally got phone to work.

5. Voice mail not working, Customer Service could not get it working and decides to call me a "Miss" despite saying my name and having a male voice. Asked for a supervisor. They put me back at the end of the hold line to wait for eternity again.

Every step of the way I have been losing minutes - not to mention the amount of time you waste holding on the phone!

I am going to have to move to Cricket wireless.
