I purchased a Sealy Posturpedic box spring and mattress from Ingrassia. When it arrived it looked alright so I signed for it. After sleeping on it for 3 nights I contacted the store who sent someone out to examine the mattress. They guy was nice and poked the mattress a couple of times and said it was fine. I told him about the fact that it has actual lumps in it as well as hard spots. He said I should contact my sales person and that she might do something. I did that and was told to contact the manufacturer. I contacted Sealy who put me on hold and called Ingrassia. The Sealy rep came back on the line and told me that Ingrassia has no comfort guarantee and I should shop at a store that does in the future. He said the manufacturer cannot act without the cooperation of the store. I then called the sales person (Carol) who said I need to take it up with the owner. When I asked for that number she said she could not give that out.
