Made 7 phone calls after opening an account with a large figure balance, & the next day when I called for customer service the automated system hung up on me twice after I held for more than 20 minutes each time. 3rd time waited more than 15 mins, then I hung up. The 4th time I was blind transfered to a "managers" voicemail, however, the person's voice mail was wrong for the day of the week. The 7th phone call on June 30th after hours actually got a human. I've now cancelled my savings account, the tiny difference in the interest increase IS NOT WORTH IT! NO CUSTOMER SERVICE. IN FACT WHEN YOUR LIFE SAVINGS ARE BEING TRANSFERRED YOU MUST HAVE SOMEONE ANSWER THE PHONE. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY FOR YOUR LIFE SAVINGS.
