It's, essentially, impossible to cancel an order on DinoDirect even if you made it only moments ago.

Sure, there's an option provided ("cancel unshipped item"), but after selecting it, you will continuously be told that the order # that you entered is incorrect. Double checking reveals that it's entered correctly. If you choose to use the live chat, you will rudely be disconnected again and again or if you do connect, you will be asked repeatedly why you want to cancel your order. The bogus customer service and poor website functionality provide an ingenious smoke screen which is effective in avoiding contact with the customer. By giving the consumer the "runaround", they are able to save a sale. This is a terrible wholesale retailer that you should avoid. Search the complaint forums, read reviews and contact the Fair Trade Commission to review cases against this business both closed and open (or file a complaint), if permitted."
