Painted a concrete floor with what I thought was a heavy duty product called ArmorSeal Tread-Plex from Sherwin Williams--over $50 a gallon. Used three coats after base coat to be sure it was solid. Followed directions to the letter. A few weeks later, I got marks on the floor I couldn't clean wiping with a mild detergent and water; decided to try Magic Eraser, same as I do for marks on the wall. Well, rename the product Lightweight Seal. Although the marks came off, so did the satin shine. Sherwin Williams said I'll have to repaint where it lost the shine. Phooey--weak product. Might as well have used some cheap paint from a discount store.
