I have been on a Prepaid Virgin Cellphone for several years because of their rates it is / was the best at R1.75 per min charged at per second for the first 5 min their after at R1.55 per min also charged at per second

Now some clever "$%^&* at Virgin decided to change my rates to per min rates without notifying me and they said they would rectify it but to no a vial after several complaints and phone calls now they say their is no per second billing for prepaid contracts Please what was mine for the last several years? One off the call centre people said I'm on contract that is why this happened No person phone back or consider to inform me whatsoever maybe we need to let the CEO know Mr Bailey or even Richard Branson I don't think that they are aware of this way that their customers get treatment from the call centres

I bought a Virgin Mobile home and I have been giving the biggest run around. Two and a half days after purchasing the number has not been transfered from another phone plan. Supervisors are in meetings and I am told 48-72 hours before it will be activated. To add to the frustration Virgin Mobile's website for comments does not even work. I think I am going to have to return the phone and go to a contract plan where there is real customer service,
