Over two weeks ago, I ordered my parents an expensive humidifier for Christmas from Amazon. Happily they accepted my order, sent me a auto confirmation that my order had been processed and then I assumed the order would be shipped and arrive in plenty of time for the holiday. Today, 12-23 I called my parents and they had still not received the item, so I traced the order with my account information and Amazon's site first claimed there was no order, and then when I chatted with their on line rep I was told that my order had been cancelled because it was out of stock. I asked them why was I just finding this out now? Why didn't I receive a timely notification? I spoke to a supervisor who said they had sent an email on 12-14 to me. BULLSH*T! I checked "Old Mail" "Spam" nothing. Thanks Amazon for ruining my Christmas! I'll NEVER USE you again and rest assured I'm telling everyone I know and anyone who'll listen. YOU SUCK!
