I continue to receive an overdue notice from Gevalia for $33.25. I informed them that I cancelled my service and I did not receive the shipment in question. When I call their call center to try to resolve the issue, they hang up on me because they can not answer my questions. I temporarily canceled service due to loss of job but now I am working again and have no intentions of returning to them.
