- Fraudulent lies

I was lied to and misled by a representative from I was the victim of credit card fraud and called to cancel an order that had been placed using my credit card without my knowledge. I was told by the representative that the order would be cancelled. But the charge went through and they apparently sent the order to the criminal who stole my credit card even after they were alerted to the fraud. Was it really necessary to lie to me and lull me into a false sense of security that would do the right thing and cancel the order? I am out 127 dollars, but that's not really the point anymore. Why was I lied to and misled? Is this their normal business practices? If so it needs to be stopped because honest people are being taken advantage of.
