A package that required an in-person signature was to be delivered. The 1st attempt no on was home so a notice for the need of signature and the next delivery date was posted, the on-line tracking reflected the same delivery date. Took off that entire day to wait for package, no show. Go back into tracking at end of day, it is changed for a delivery scheduled for the next day. Stayed home the next day and no delivery. Called mid-day for update received return call around 5PM with status which was we LOST the package. It was a thousand dollar item that just disappeared and there was absolutely no heads up that this has happened. After this was communicated it was than told to us that it is up to us to notify the sender that THEY lost it. I don't know about what you may think but my thoughts are that they have the worst customer service in business and the integrity of their employees is in question.
