bad reception,or gateway

1st month the net kept on spiking, meaning having bad connection,and then rang up optus they would do normal protocols,thats reset it and that should do the trick, but not any more, now it reboots its self like every 4 hrs and still have bad connection, when they say they are the best reception in australia,but anyways they are better than telstra but not as better network than us, we've tried everything on our end, the technician visted our place, about 3 times lately,this time they are coming to replace the modem....huh...I reckon the problem is still there trying to figure it out

so farr lately learning from friends not computer I T's from optus ,that our wireless lan line can be interfering with the optus modem,?
