I recently switched over to U-Verse TV and Internet to see if I could save some money after staying with another provider for 2 years.

A week or so in, there was no TV, a big red cross . The internet was working, though. I logged into the web portal and ran diagnostics, which then recommended that they will need to send a technician.

It was here that things started going south. The technician seemed to have no idea about the information and instructions I had posted on the online dialog box which initiated the repair. He called the wrong phone and did not call the other phone before showing up a t the apartment. Then did not wear boot covers . Worse, he could not fix the problem. Another appointment was scheduled the next day, 8AM-12PM. No one showed up and no one called.

So I call them up, pissed off and register a complaint. The schedule the next slot 12-4, no one shows up, but at 3:45PM I get an automated recording saying that they will miss that slot too.

I call up again, this time to speak to a supervisor, to re-iterate my frustration. The appointment gets pushed to 4-9PM and I am now still waiting.

Failed to keep appointments, failed to inform, failed to be receptive to the problem .
