I PURCHASED A POWER RECLINER FROM THE SARASOTA SAVON STORE ON 3-7-2010. AROUND THANKGIVING HOLIDAY OF THAT YEAR A MECHANICAL PART OF THE RECLINER FAILED AND A SERVICE PERSON WAS CALLED AND DIAGNOSED THE PROBLEM AND PUT IN AN ORDER FOR THE PART NEEDED; AFTER ABOUT 8 WEEKS WE RECEIVED THE WRONG PART, SO ANOTHER PART WAS ORDERED, AND ANOTHER 8 WEEKS WENT BY ONLY TO RECEIEVE ANOTHER WRONG PART, THIS IS NOW 4 MONTHS INTO A WARRANTY REPAIR,SO I REALLY GOT FRUSTRATED AND MADE MANY PHONE CALLS TO THE STORE I PURCHASED THE CHAIR FROM, MOST OF THESE CALLS WERE IGNORED, (FOR EXAMPLE, OK WE HEAR YOU AND WE WILL GET BACK TO YOU)...BUT NO ONE WOULD CALL BACK. FINALLY AFTER MANY CALLS I DID SPEAK TO THE "GENERAL MANAGER" AND HE SAID HE WAS GOING "OVER THE HEAD" OF THE PARTS DEPT. TO CORPORATE,OR SOMETHING LIKE THAT, PROBABLY TO CALM DOWN THE SITUATION. AFTER THAT CONVERSATION, A FEW MORE DAYS PASSED,AND I MADE ANOTHER CALL, AND WAS TOLD THAT MY CHAIR WAS GOING TO BE REPLACED WITH A NEW ONE. IT WAS, ON 4-1-2011, ABOUT 4 MONTHS AFTER THE PROBLEM STARTED.....MY POINT IN WRITING THIS IS SIMPLY TO STATE THIS= IF YOU BUY ANYTHING FROM SAVON BE PREPARED FOR THE FIGHT OF YOUR LIFE TO GET THEM TO TAKE CARE OF THEIR 'WARRANTY' PROBLEMS...I WILL NEVER SET FOOT IN THEIR STORE AGAIN

wow, I feel sorry for retail people! This guy used a chair for 8 months, broke it, and got a new one for free... and is still complaining?!!
