I got a flat tire at an on ramp to I5N Exit 163 last night. Called Mazda Roadside assistance. Took ~5mins talking to a machine. After ~5mins chat with the first agent and then transfered to another agent who asked exactly the same info the last agent asked. I expressed I am upset that I had to spend ~15mins still not getting to identify my location. The agent was not polite nor understand my situation. I asked the agent listen to me carefully where I am located. The agent said I am rude and I got hang up. There were no return call after that. Good that I got AAA coverage as well. The call was ~10mins and help came in ~30mins.
