The salesman called Confidence used bait and switch on me. I saw a Corolla with good price on line. So I set up with an appointment with him.

Before the appointment I tried to get the tracking number for the Corolla from him, he would always say he didn't have it handy, but he would give it to me in a few hours.

On the appointment day, he was conveniently not there, and his co-worker said the car I saw online was already sold on a previous day. The similar Corollas this person showed me were all $2,000 more expensive than the car I saw online.

Car buyers, be aware of this dearlership!
