COX Communications - COX COMMUNICATION customer service is as good as shit

First off, the automated response system is a pain in the ass! I always want to talk to a rep when I call, but to do that you have to press like 50 numbers and sit there and listen to the damn automated system talk about "online help".

Once you finally got to pick the option to talk to a rep (after around 5 fucking minutes), you wait. No matter what day it is, the wait is always 15-30 minutes long. The agents all seem to be pretty mad and annoyed, they treat you like you're an annoyance. You feel anything BUT welcomed.

My "high" speed internet service from COX is anything but "high speed". I lose internet signal at least 3 times a day.

If you think a highly advertised company means good customer service and good service in general, I recommend you looking up some other service. Cox isn't what they say, they're not your "friend" at all.
