On many occasions Accelaprint, who claims to "empower the reseller" has afforded me lousy service. Bad bids, unable to speak to the same person on the phone more than once, their website was down completely yesterday and it's taken me 48 hours to NOT get a callback promised by the end of the day. Finally getting to speak to Jerry and discussing the projects I had ordered last week-- tickets to a benefit for the Lymphoma Society-- his explanation was even though they fouled up, I not only had to pay more (which was fine) but they would do NOTHING to rectify the fact the tickets would not be here in time for the event. Then he argues with me when I say after 25 years in the industry, I've never had such bad service from a company. I ask to talk to upper management, he puts me on hold and nothing. Never an answer. Come to find out Jerry IS management... and his admitted feelings towards the entire incident is, "tough sh&%."
