Dear Customer Service Manager,

I am a student at Pace University, Lubin School of Business in New York City and my corporate finance teacher ask me to subscribe to the Wall Street Journal for three months at the beginning of the class on 10 January 2011. Thus, I made the subscription and normally I should have received the Wall Street Journal for the first time on February the 1st.

Unfortunately, I only received the Wall Street Journal for the first time on 15 February 2011. I am disappointed because the service you provided was unsatisfactory. It was very important for me to receive the Wall Street Journal on time, as I have to make daily assignments by summing up several specific articles for my Corporate Finance class. It was very inconvenient for me to buy everyday the journal since I have paid the subscription ($30 for three months) on 10 January 2011.

I am writing to ask you to please make up the shortfall as soon as possible and to ensure that such errors do not happen again.
