I have tried to resolve problems with my new computer ; received June 15, and sent emails of problems within one week. 3 Months have gone by with 142 pages of emails sent back and forth to Support, and to Case Managers. They supposedly replaced the Drive when the computer was returned, but still have drive problems. I have asked for a replacement computer.
