Dell Computers Service Center - Dell Service Center provides no service

My 9 month old Dell laptop is having troubles booting and is starting to crash unexpectedly. After running virus scans, cleaning the disk, etc., I called the Dell service center and was told the >$200 service package I bought was "for basic use only" and that help for this problem would cost $250. The service package offered when you buy a computer is a waste of money

Dell pathetic business practices go beyond that! At least you were not transfered FIVE TIMES to cancel an order only to tell you it will take 30 days to get your money back.

So here is the deal: It takes one click and 2 seconds for DELL to take your money, but if THEY FAIL to deliver the goods, they make you go to hell and back to get YOUR money as it will take 30 DAYS for my refund.

I'm looking into a class action law suit for "unfair trade" If money is their languange, then I will shout at them very clearly.
