I just signed up for I-Wireless, I Wireless, Sprint this week and the Customer Service sucks. I have spent over 2 hours on the phone with them and about 15 calls latier it is no better. If you can afford a REAL Cell phone company DO IT. If I could have reached through the phone I would liked to have beat the Service Reps (figure of Speech) at the other end this is the worst customer service that I have seen in years and I am a customer service manager for a living. Customer Service Reps need to be trained to handle Customer Service not tell someone that "If your not happy return the phone we don't need customers they need US."
