I paid FedEx $81.00 to ship my new computer. It was properly wrapped in foam and secured in its box. When delivered the computer looked like someone at Fed Ex took a sledge hammer to the side of the box. The computer was destroyed. The recipient took pictures, and I have all the paperwork to back up the claim. Now I am jumping through hoops dealing with FedEx. After reading the many complaints about FedEx I assume I will also have to file a lawsuit. I have notified the State's Attorney General's consumer protection devision and have an attorney lined up for a class-action filing should FedEx play games.

I'm out over $1,500.00 for the computer, plus what FedEx charged me to destroy it, along with the loss of work (what I used my computer for) and access to many of my files.
