After only 6 months of owning a 2010 Jeep Wrangler, the soft top developed two small holes caused by a design flaw. Chrysler refuses to replace the soft top and fix the design flaw.

Even after multiple inquiries with Suburban Chrysler/Jeep/Dodge of Troy, MI, they continue to refuse to fix the problem.

This isn't something a car buyer should experience. When there is a problem with a companies product they should stand behind it and fix the problem. I fulfilled my end of the deal by buying the vehicle, and Chrysler refuses to stand by their own vehicles

Appeal to Chrysler Corp directly with photos of why you think it should be warranty.

If there are holes in your top and not thousands of others it is either a rare manufacturing error or abuse / miss-use.

Sorry about that but you should look at why it has a problem rather than sound foolish on a web site.
