Is Dell trying to make money by sending out updates to Dell computer users and then trying to charge them when they do not download. I recently was notified that Dell had a new Solution Center update that I tried to download twice with an error message and when I went to the online chat session site I was told I would have to call an 800 number and there would be a charge to fix the download problem. Dell I use to think you were a great company but it looks like you are getting like everyone else with your only goal to maximize corporate profits.
