USA Bus Charter

Last month I ordered 2 charter buses from USA Bus Charter company for 30 people traveling to Washington DC and New York City. I have to tell that I have never had such an unpleasant experience. The contact person never answered my e-mails and voice messages on time. I had to call the company dozens of times to remind him to send me info about the buses I ordered.

Both buses I ordered were very old. The first one was just terrible - dirty, noisy, dusty, without air-conditioning. The driver could not find us at the airport - he waited at the departure gate, not at the arrival. He was not able to find the hotel and drove us to a different one. The driver was rude when I pointed that he brought us to the wrong address.

The second bus obviously needed to be repaired. The driver was nice and helpful but he had to stop the bus several times to fix it. So we arrived to a destination point several hours later. The last hour one of the passengers had to hold the broken door.
