US Bank - US Bank DOES NOT FOLLOW CUSTOMER REQUESTS

Our first account was hit with an unauthorized monthly deduction that began in Oct. 2009. I contacted the company & US Bank regarding the unauthorized deduction and was told by US that we would have to put a fraud alert on the account, which we did. But US Bank has failed to honor the fraud & continued to pay this company each month. This has caused Overdraft fees, etc. each month, as we did not keep funds in it to cover any unauthorized deductions! US Bank has failed us on being a trustworthy, dependable bank to deal with! THEY DO NOT HONOR THEIR CUSTOMERS AND ONLY CARE ABOUT THE FEES THEY CAN CHARGE FOR PROBLEMS THEY HAVE CAUSED! As soon as things are cleared up this account will be closed finally, even though we were told in January that the account was closed, but they kept it open so they could charge more fees! THEY ARE LIARS!!!!
