I accessed this firm on my iPhone and thought I was calling Pop-A-Lock. Despite being called by the name Pop-A-Lock, the person who answered the call never corrected me or identified the name of his firm. Before beginning, he required that I sign a blank work order (will never do that again). When he was finished, he charged me $79.50. Pop-A-Lock and Yellow Cab charges $35.00. They have refused to refund the difference
