I called Chrylser financial to find out about the balance for the FINAL payment on my loan. It was verified that I was calling from my own phone. I was made to wait for an operator. After being made to wait I was RUDELY told that the information could not be given to me because I was not my husband who was named on the account. My husband is ill and unable to call himself. This operator could care less. It doesn't matter to you that I am the one who pays the bill. She was rude and uncooperative.. I AM HAPPY THAT MY REALTIONSHIP WITH YOU IS ENDING SOON !!!!
You lost a very good customer. If you review my record you will see that we never missed a payement and even paid early !!
Try to pretend that you care about your customers !!!

Have you ever heard of privacy laws?? How would you feel if someone called and asked for your financial information - it's called identity theft!
