TARGET - NO CUSTOMER SERVICE

I DON'T RECOLLECT THE EXACT DATE BUT BACK IN JUNE I WENT TO PURCHASE A SALE ITEM AND OF COURSE THE STORE DID NOT HAVE IT IN STOCK SO I OBTAINED A RAIN CHECK, I CALLED WEEK AFTER WEEK AND STILL NO ITEM, EVEN WENT IN PERSON, SPOKE TO A MANAGER. I WAS TOLD THE ITEM COULD NOT BE TRANSFERRED STORE TO STORE OR BE ORDERED FROM THE WAREHOUSE, BUT MY RAIN CHECK WOULD EXPIRE IN 2 WEEKS. SO, I CONTACTED THE CEO DIRECTLY BY EMAIL, HE PASSED ON THE INFO TO HIS EXECUTIVES, WHO PROCEEDED TO CALL ME AND EMAIL ME LEAVING ME A MESSAGE TELLING ME EVERYTHING THEY COULD NOT DO, BUT NEVER OFFERING A SOLUTION. I RETURNED THE PHONE CALL, HAVING TO LEAVE A MESSAGE AND NEVER GOT A RETURN CALL, NEVER GOT A RESPONSE TO THE EMAIL. I FORWARDED THIS TO THE CEO AND HE NEVER RESPONDED EITHER. THIS IS ABSOLUTELY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. I MAY BE ONLY ONE CUSTOMER, BUT CUSTOMERS ADD UP AND NO ONE CUSTOMER DESERVES SUCH POOR SERVICE AND RESPONSE.
