Toshiba Call Center Support - Toshiba TV/DVD No Sound on One Channel

Purchased Toshiba TV/DVD combo's from Hooked up, no sound on the TNT Channel. Called Toshiba Support, did a few things said could get repaired or try to get it exchanged. Exchanged the TV same model, same problem. Opened case with Toshiba via email, had good response tried all they asked, this took close to a week. Decided to call the Call Center today as email had 800 numbers in it for support. CR stated could not open the email case to read notes, was abrupt, rude, unable to talk to supervisor, sending TV back will never purchase a Toshiba product again.
