Product: Oregon Scientific SE 232 Heart Monitor

Company: Irene Freire

Location: Rio de Janeiro, Ri, BR

Category: Other

The SE 232 Heart Monitor by Oregon Scientific, even properly set, doesn?t manage to correctly count calories that are burned in aerobic exercises. I complained to the company, who, thinking that I lived in the US, offered to change the product or to give my money back. When I told them I prefered to have a refund but that I didn?t live in the US, they said I had to get in touch with their assistance in my country, whose procedures don?t include refunding. I would have to mail them the product, and they would examine its functioning. But as I exercise daily and cannot do this without a heart monitor, I bought a new one, of the most famous brand, which works perfectly. Of course I don?t lose any opportunity of doing adverse word of mouth about Oregon heart monitors, informing that mine has been downgraded to a mere waterproof watch, very useful when I go to the beach.
