Company called and asked if we would take a catalog and some promotional pens. They sent 216 pens - Bic round sticks that can be purchased for 1.98 for a 10 pack - .20 each - and charged us .69 each along with a 20.87 shipping charge! From FL to GA - right. They refuse returns and charge 2.5 interest on the bill. What a complete joke.
