COMPLAINT - The UPS Store - Aberdeen, SD

I am very disappointed with the service that I received from the UPS Store in Aberdeen, SD.

Last week, December 13, 2010, I took a present in to be wrapped and shipped to my grandmother in Sun City, AZ. The item was VERY poorly packaged and arrived broken. We have filed a claim with UPS, but they say it can take up to 6 to 8 weeks for us to be reimbursed. That means that grandma got a broken item for Christmas and I cannot afford to buy another one for up to 2 months!!!

Thank you UPS Store and UPS for ruining my grandmother's Christmas.
