FedEX - Don't ship with FedEx

I have never received a run around like the one I have received from FedEx. I purchase a wine cooler in June 2010. The shipper did a proper job of packaging the cooler, but FedEx was able to damage the unit beyond repair. FedEx and the shipper were notified on the day of receipt, multiple FedEx Forms were filled, out pictures were sent to FedEx,nothing was good enough for FedEx. They could not come in the house to inspect the cooler (company policy) eventually they agreed to pick the unit up and take it back to their warehouse. More e-mail and than 4 letters from FedEx denying my claim. Go to their website and you will see that they do not provide a method to move beyond the low level people they assign to your claim. Don't ship with FedEx, they don't serve their customers.
