My sister took her vehicle in for transmission repair two weeks ago. She has given them $1500.oo in cash in order for them to order the parts and get started. Ever since they have ignored her phone calls and even hung up on her when she inquires about her vehicle. They have even came up with new issues on the vehicle not related to the transmission. They are very unprofessional and they should be reported so this will never happen to anyone else.
