Rented a movie,which by the way, was ACTUALLY IN, went to return the next day and the box was not accepting as all the other complaints I have read I was on the phone for 25 minutes...their STANDARD WAIT TIME, asked that after trying to return the movie to TWO boxes that didn/t work asked that my monies for the movies be retuurned as well as any late charges....she agreed over the phone, but not in her "RECORDS"

People, Our money will speak louder than any of these type forums....tell everone about the NO CUSTOMER SERVICE that REDBOX provides and go elsewhere with your money...They will get the message when the company closes!!
