I've been at the Extended Stay hotel for 59 out of the last 63 days and spent about $8000.00. They still refuse to put me on a monthly rate, citing technicalities in their standard policy. I spoke with Denise Tolliver, the GM here, and Brooke Bobo of Guest Services in their Corporate office. Both of them refused to apply any discounts or promotions (I've received several, for $200 off of a 30-day stay, and $500 off of a 60-day stay while I've been here, but can't use them) and insist on enforcing a rapacious and unreasonable weekly rate, at the explicit expense of my family's satisfaction. They clearly don't appreciate their customers, and are bereft of any sense of quality in their Service. I caution anyone against using Extended Stay hotels, particularly in Plymouth Meeting Pennsylvania.
