My mother-in-law is owner of 2006 Hyundai Accent GLS.The vehicle has clean carfax, never had any occsidents.Always being in service. Just recently we went through nightmare. My mother in law car went under fire on road. She almost died. I turned vehicle to service. The car has only 56000 miles. I had most horrible experience you can ever imagin.The vehicle was in dealership for two days for nothing. They only did diagnostics after I spoke with service manager. The problem was transmision.The claim was made; the information was send to Hyundai main office for warranty service approval. It took a week to get approval. Meanwhile my mother in law went to psychologist for help and we also rented vehicle since I was told that Hyundai doesn???t provide loaner vehicle. After everything was fixed I called Hyundai USA main office and told the about my expirience.The customer service was rude as you ever imagin.They yield at me. They don???t show any regrets or concerns. I end up speaking with management department and still they didn???t show me any concerns. No one ever apologized or even ask how my mother in law feels now. Would you deal with that company again? I wouldn???t would never deal with Hyundai cars, vehicles again and wouldn't reco

I wish I had read this prior to purchasing my 2010 Santa Fe. I returned my brand new SUV to Hyundai Annapolis, MD to have my seat belt fixed numerous times within 3 months of purchasing the car and was advised that since they were unable to replicate the problem, they could NOT fix my seat belt. I also wrote and spoke with the customer service office and the main office but NO luck. I will NEVER buy another Hyundai. All this hoopla about excellent service is just bull.
